Welcome to the Odyssey

This page is a space for writing at a more relaxed pace than journal articles allow. Each post borrows its title from an adventure in my own odyssey, the journey in life and science that has carried me far from home, through Bangalore, Missouri, Oak Ridge, and now Vancouver.

Expect notes from beamtime at neutron and X-ray facilities, plain-language accounts of results my collaborators and I have published, and occasional commentary on methods, from spin-wave modeling to the practicalities of sample environments.
